Your business was supposed to give you more freedom. When exactly did you become its most overworked employee?

You built a business to create something better — more income, more choice, more impact, more life. But somewhere along the way, the business somehow started making more decisions about your life than you do.

Marrgala Advisory helps established business owners get clear on the life they actually want, and supports them to make the changes in their business to create that.

The Owner's Reality

Does any of this sound familiar?

Established business owners carry responsibilities that few people on the outside truly understand.

You're not making enough money.

You're generating revenue, but after overheads, wages, and taxes, the reward for the sheer stress and risk you shoulder feels completely disproportionate.

You don't have enough time to enjoy it.

The money is technically coming in, but you are trapped in day-to-day operations. Taking a week off feels stressful, and your headspace is permanently consumed.

Or you've achieved both.

The frustrating combination: working flat-out, feeling exhausted, and still looking at the bank account wondering why there isn't more to show for the effort.

The Marrgala Advisory Reframe

The business may look like the biggest problem.

Often, it's simply the place where the frustration is showing up most loudly. Before we decide what needs fixing in your business, we look at something bigger:

"What do you actually want your life to look like?"

Whole-of-Life Perspective

Business advice that starts with your life.

Your P&L matters. So do your strategy, systems, structure and numbers. But none of them exist in isolation.

Your business sits inside a life — your time, relationships, ambitions, responsibilities, energy, freedom and the legacy you want to create. Marrgala Advisory brings those pieces into the same conversation.

"Because a business can be profitable on paper and still be costing its owner far too much."

Time & Headspace

Stepping out of the day-to-day firefighting so you have room to think, breathe, and choose.

Owner Profitability

Rewarding you properly for the risks, decisions, and years you've invested in building.

Family & Relationships

Ending the dynamic where your family only gets whatever depleted energy is left over.

Support & Community

Stopping the lone-wolf trap and surrounding yourself with trusted, aligned peers.

The Marrgala Advisory Pillars

Three ways we create change

Not rigid packages or generic templates — three interconnected disciplines that align your business with the life you actually want.

Pillar 01

Business Coaching & Mentoring

Get clear on what's really keeping you or the business stuck. We work on the decisions, structure, priorities and practical changes that help the business perform better — without automatically demanding more of you.

Pillar 02

Life Design Support

Instead of squeezing your life around the business you've already built, we start with the life you want and work backwards. What does the business need to become so it can support that?

Pillar 03

Community Building

Business ownership can become surprisingly lonely. I help you build the right support around you — through connections, communities, events and retreats designed to create real relationships rather than another pile of business cards.

Meet Terri

I'm Terri Adams-Munn, founder of Marrgala Advisory. I've spent much of my life around business, property, regional communities and people who know how to work hard.

I also know that working harder isn't always the answer.

My work is about helping capable business owners get out of the weeds long enough to see what they're actually building — in business and in life — and then make deliberate choices about what comes next.

Next Step

Ready for a different conversation?

You don't need to know which service you need. You don't need a polished five-year plan. And you certainly don't need to pretend everything is fine.

If something about your business or life isn't working the way you want it to, let's start there.
